I wrote a sonnet intro for this blog
It had my age, and now it’s out of date
I’m writing up a new one; it’s a slog
Just kidding, why do something that I hate?
My blog’s new name I shall explain in verse
You may know of the book Men are from Mars
[And] Women are from Venus: it’s the worst
Reductive “girls like dolls and boys like cars”
My sex and gender are not binary
They're not just fixed because you’re born one way
It’s cis folk who are alien to me
What pronouns? I'm from Earth, I go by they
I think that gender roles are really dumb
You don't agree? What planet are you from?
